The project was to track 3D text into these slow panning shots of award nominees for the 16th Annual Development for Excellence Awards as well design several title slides and lower thirds for each of the 30 speakers at the event.

SCAD Fashion Promo – “Look & Feel” Pitch from Nathan Boyd on Vimeo.
As part of my workstudy position with SCAD.tv, I was asked to create a unique treatment that would be potentially used in a SCAD fashion department promo. While my design was not picked in the end, I am happy with it and present it to you here. It was a great exercise of a Cinema 4D-to-After Effects workflow.

Another piece for Buckhead Church’s college ministry— this time the requirement was a simple 45 second intro for their “Blueprint” series. Time limited the complexity of the piece, but in the end I think it came together fairly well.

Created for West Ridge Church, they asked for an animated intro to introduce the logo they had designed in-house. Their time and budget were limited, so I stuck to a particle world aesthetic for this piece.

Based on the predesigned DVD packaging, I was asked to create a template design for a series of several DVD’s to be sold in stores nationwide. This is the template applied to the first DVD of the series.

Based on a predesigned look, I was asked to create a menu template for a series of DVD’s to be released by Passion City Church for sale in their resource center. Their graphic designer gave me the final DVD cover designs & color scheme and I developed a versatile template that could be easily modified for all six DVDs in the newly rebranded series.
